Over 20 years on the water
Since April 2004, Sandra Santos and the Eolis team have been teaching and guiding people in Cabanas de Tavira. All our instructors have been IKO certified since 2007.
Private lessons, with radios
No group lessons: only private or semi-private coaching, with radio communication, adapted to your pace and level.
A safe spot, steady wind
A 300 m zone on Cabanas island licensed for kitesurf teaching, with a side-onshore southwest wind and no rocks or rip currents.

The spot

Our spot: Cabanas de Tavira island

Our kitesurf school is on Cabanas de Tavira island, on the sea side, where we have our beach cabin and a 300 m zone licensed for teaching. It’s a white-sand beach, normally without waves, rocks or dangerous animals in the water.

To get there, take the ferry boat across the Ria Formosa near our shop in Cabanas (€1.50 return per person) and, once on the beach, walk east — left, facing the sea — until you find us.
